Our Mission is to prove that French cuisine can taste just as delicious without the animal products. This blog is for those who love animals, food, and the art of discovery. 

I have teamed up with a Chef that is classically trained in French cuisine Chef Fletcher (a fellow veggie) has signed up for the mission and is bringing the tools, expertise  and tricks of the trade.

Inspired by Julie & Julia, we will be using the same cookbook, Mastering the Art of French Cooking, but with a twist on the ingredients in order to cook everything 100% vegan.

So wish us luck, and cook along as we work our way through the book.
